Newly refurbished and with ample car parking, The Oaks is here to serve the local community in the heart of Acton. For everyday essentials, you will find a choice of popular high street names including Lidl, Wilko, Iceland and Superdrug.

We’re open Monday – Friday 08.00 – 22.00, Saturday 09.00 – 22.00 and Sunday 10.00 – 18.00.
Closed on Easter Sunday and Christmas Day.

The Oaks is accessible to everyone with travellators and lifts in the centre, as well as being conveniently situated with three entrances.

Our friendly and helpful staff are always on hand to offer you advice or assistance. We have a dedicated onsite security team who patrol the centre, as well as CCTV in operation.
The on-site cleaning team are also committed to ensuring that the highest standards are met.

Public Facilities

The Oaks has a toilet facility open:

Mon – Fri: 8am – 1pm
Sat: 9am – 6pm
Sun: 10am – 4pm

This toilet facility is opened on request, if a member of the centre team is not in the vicinity on the mall please call one of the numbers detailed on the toilet facility door.

The Oaks car park offers 90 minutes free stay for customers whilst shopping on site. After this time, parking tariffs apply (please see below). The car park offers electric charging points for cars.
If using a sat nav, the postcode that will direct you to the car park is W3 6GW.

The charging points from The Oaks Shopping Centre don’t appear on the Pod Point App as they are set to Plug & Play.

To charge, simply plug in your charging cable and your car will start charging immediately – there’s no payment or in-app authentication needed for the car to continue charging.

Note: Chargers that don’t appear on the Pod Point App won’t require you to confirm your charge within 15 minutes and will continue to charge after this time period.

To make sure there are no other issues with the chargers, please check that the coloured lights on the charge point are lit – it should turn to solid green once you’ve connected your vehicle.

• 4-5 hours: £7.50
• 5-6 hours: £9.00

Maximum stay 6 hours

Bicycle Parking

Bicycles can be locked to our designated bicycle space outside on the graveyard path or on the 1^st floor car park. We also have bicycles bays on the ground level by the mall lift in the car park.

The Gym Users

The Gym members are entitled to 2 hours of free parking, provided they enter their registration on the terminal in the member area. After this time, normal tariffs apply.

• 2-3 hours: £4.50
• 3-4 hours: £6.00
• 4-5 hours: £7.50
• 5-6 hours: £9.00
