The Oaks: Easy Meal Ideas
Lamb Kebabs, ready in less than 10 minutes
Ingredients
- Lamb kebabs – Aisha’s Lamb Kebabs available at Iceland
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Pickled red cabbage
- Pickles
- Chili sauce or puree
- Greek yogurt
- Lemon juice
- Fresh mint
- Flatbread or Pitta bread
Method
- Follow the instructions on the packet of Aisha’s lamb kebabs, microwave the kababs until food is piping hot.
- Meanwhile prep the filling; finely slice onions, and tomatoes.
- For the sauce; Mix two heaped table spoons or Greek yogurt to a dish, add finely chopped fresh mint and the juice of half a lemon.
- Construct the kebab; spread the mint sauce over the flatbread, add chili sauce to taste, layer on the chopped onions and tomatoes, pickled red cabbage and pickles, finish off by adding the lamb kebabs, fold and enjoy!
